Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to orchestrate industry-leading product experiences for our customers in the energy sector. You will work to define the product vision, collaborate with Kraken Technologies and client teams, and drive MVP development with a test-and-learn mindset.

You will bring strong client delivery or product ownership experience, familiarity with energy billing processes, and excellent communication and influencing skills to manage complex delivery pipelines and

Qualifications

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
• Experience working within the energy/utilities industry (B2B/C&I is a preference).
• Experience with electricity/utility billing processes or financial products.
• Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills.
• Experience of product management and customer journeys.
• Solid understanding of technology and associated trends.
• Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
• Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients.
• Patience - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding.
• Laser focus on clients, relentless problem solving, invincible attitude, a winner!
• Consulting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy with operation and Kraken Technologies Teams.
• Identify ideas and technology to improve the product.
• Define the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capability.
• Support the business with issue resolution for the product.
• Support engineering teams to deliver product features.
• Manage relationships with client counterparts as the first point of contact for tech development and issue resolution.
• Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the development team.
• Continuously review and adapt to customer and business needs.
