Job summary

Macro Group seeks a strategically focused Head of Energy to establish and lead our global energy practice. This pivotal role will shape energy services, drive commercial growth, build internal capability, and support clients through their energy transitions.

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, the role will evolve our energy portfolio, oversee procurement, compliance, and decarbonisation across sectors and geographies, acting as a trusted adviser to senior client executives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in energy management or related field.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global energy services growth strategy across multiple geographies.
• Lead energy strategy, procurement, compliance, and decarbonisation initiatives.
• Build in-house capability and governance frameworks for delivery at scale.
• Advise senior client executives and manage key engagements end-to-end.
