Job summary

Dentsu in London is seeking a Global Enablement Executive to coordinate and deliver support for the Global Client Enablement team. The role focuses on rollout planning, documentation, and day-to-day enablement requests across markets.

The position is a hands-on, cross-functional delivery role with exposure to dentsu product suites, learning programmes and client-facing enablement.It is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with hybrid working from the London office.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for updates and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to gather, organise and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, service-minded approach to support enablement requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rollout plans, track actions and coordinate readiness across markets and enablement workstreams.
• Keep programme documentation and trackers up to date with actions, decisions and timelines.
• Support reporting by consolidating inputs and drafting status updates for teams and leadership.
• Coordinate training logistics, invitations, tracking and post-session follow-up.
• Assist with responses to enablement requests and update market materials accordingly.
• Support internal product enablement activities including rollout prep and adoption support.
• Provide operational support for learning programmes and cross-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Global Operations to develop enablement materials.
