Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a Global Enablement Executive to coordinate and deliver support for the Global Client Enablement team.

You will help markets use dentsu products, tools, and learning materials, supporting product rollouts, adoption activity and learning programmes across markets and functions. This hands‑on delivery role focuses on organisation, coordination and consistent execution, providing exposure to enablement, client management and dentsu's product suite while building

Responsibilities

• Maintain rollout plans and trackers across markets and enablement workstreams.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and readiness activities.
• Prepare status updates and contribute to team leadership communications.
• Coordinate training and learning logistics, including session planning and attendance tracking.
• Respond to enablement requests and update materials for stakeholders.
• Support rollout preparation, adoption activities and maintenance of enablement materials.
• Gather, consolidate and communicate information from multiple stakeholders.
