Dentsu is seeking a Global Enablement Executive to coordinate and deliver enablement activities across markets, supporting rollout planning, documentation and training logistics. You will work closely with the Global Enablement Manager and Program Director to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
The role offers hands-on delivery experience in enablement, product adoption and cross-market collaboration, with a hybrid setup based from our London office.
The Global Enablement Executive will provide practical coordination and delivery support to the Global Client Enablement team. The role will help teams and markets use dentsu products, tools, learning materials and enablement resources effectively, supporting key priorities including internal product rollout, adoption activity, client and market learning programmes, and wider enablement initiatives. Working closely with the Global Enablement team, the role will support rollout planning, documentation, reporting, training logistics, market follow-ups and day‑to‑day enablement requests. The role will help ensure activities are well coordinated, information is kept up to date, and stakeholders receive the materials and support they need. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include maintaining project plans and trackers, coordinating meetings and follow‑ups, preparing presentations and communications for client teams, supporting training sessions, tracking programme progress and helping respond to enablement requests from markets and stakeholders. This is a hands‑on delivery role with a strong focus on organisation, coordination and consistent execution across clients, teams and functions. It offers a strong introduction to enablement, client management and dentsu’s product suite, while building practical experience in programme support and cross‑market delivery.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role. The team is based from our London office on a hybrid working basis. At dentsu, we’ve built a benefits package that supports every chapter of your life. From company‑funded Private Medical Insurance, a 24/7 Virtual GP and a generous sick‑pay policy, to wellbeing days, volunteering time, flexible bank‑holiday swaps and great everyday perks like retail discounts, gym access and tech schemes - we make it easier to live well, not just work well. Our employee‑led resource groups have helped shape policies that genuinely matter: enhanced maternity, paternity and carers leave, extended sick leave, menopause and baby‑loss support, plus 10 fertility treatment days.
