Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in London is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to lead end-to-end digital operations, optimise processes, and drive governance across global clients.

You will partner with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, well-executed client deliverables within the digital media landscape. The role requires strong experience in digital media operations, platforms, and programmatic readiness, plus excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive Digital Media Operations experience in agencies, platforms, or networks.
• Strong working knowledge of digital media platforms incl. GMP, Ad servers, DSPs.
• Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop consistent best practice operational processes across global and local teams.
• Roll out playbooks and ensure platform configurations are documented and healthy.
• Align media operations with insights objectives and client reporting.
