Job summary

Linklaters LLP is seeking an experienced eBilling Manager to lead the global eBilling service within the CoE Revenue Lifecycle. You will oversee operational delivery across London and Warsaw, ensuring accurate invoicing, onboarding, and escalation management while driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Substantial eBilling experience in a global professional services environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams delivering a critical operational service across locations.
• Strong technical knowledge of eBilling platforms and client onboarding processes.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management, with handling senior-level discussions and escalations.
• Proven ability to improve processes, controls, and performance using data analysis and automation.
• Strong understanding of legal finance, with exposure to Revenue, Billing, Pricing and Client Finance, plus Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global eBilling service and operating model across London and Warsaw.
• Oversee accurate electronic invoice submission, rejection management, and rate uploads.
• Manage onboarding and setup of clients on eBilling platforms with testing and go-live controls.
• Act as senior point of contact for complex eBilling matters and client escalations.
• Define and monitor service levels, KPIs, and reporting with data-driven improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement with Technology and Finance transformation teams.
• Manage capacity and resources across BAU, onboarding, backlogs, and peak periods.
• Lead, coach and develop the eBilling team with clear objectives and development paths.
