Job summary

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP in London is seeking an eBilling Analyst to join the Firm’s global eBilling and Billing teams. You will analyze, coordinate and resolve eBilling issues, communicating with client contacts, billing teams and partners.

The role reports to the eBilling Supervisor, based in the U.S.; two years of legal e-billing experience and strong MS Office skills are essential. Experience with BillBlast and LEDES formats is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of legal e-billing experience.
• Strong communication with clients, teams and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate eBilling processes with client contacts, billing teams and partners.
• Submit invoices and manage inventory in BillBlast; ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Navigate LEDES formats and major eBilling sites (LegalTracker, CounselLink, TyMetrix360, etc.).
• Track and follow up on estimates; communicate status to supervisors.
