Job summary

Linklaters is seeking an Ebilling Coordinator to support client onboarding to eBilling platforms and manage billing profiles, ensuring go-live readiness and ongoing accuracy. You will collaborate with Finance and client teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and timely invoicing in a fast-paced legal environment.

The role offers hybrid working from London offices, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and data-driven billing decisions across the firm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client onboarding across eBilling platforms in professional services or law.
• Experience supporting onboarding in a regulated or complex environment similar to legal firms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to produce reports and analyse data to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients onto eBilling platforms, capturing requirements and configuring go-live.
• Act as primary client contact during onboarding, managing expectations and queries.
• Set up and maintain client billing profiles and system configurations across eBilling platforms.
• Monitor invoice submissions for client requirements and deadlines; resolve issues.
• Identify and rectify billing errors; minimise delays with cross-functional teams.
• Produce reporting and MI on eBilling performance and drive process improvements.
