Job summary

Ambition, a large global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Global eBilling to lead and develop its global eBilling support function. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee multiple global teams, drive automation initiatives, improve reporting capabilities, and ensure delivery of high-quality service across regions.

Qualifications

Extensive eBilling operations experience.
Experience leading large, distributed teams.
Proven track record in process improvement and automation.
Experience with eBilling platforms such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix 360, CounselLink, Passport.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, organised and solutions-focused.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop global eBilling operations teams, ensuring delivery of service against defined KPIs and SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across eBilling processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and leverage technology to improve performance.
Collaborate with finance, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic projects and operational enhancements.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of managers and supervisors across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
Produce regular management reporting and performance insights for senior leadership.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
