Job summary

Linklaters in London is seeking a Head of CoE Revenue Lifecycle Management to drive transformation, standardisation and continuous improvement of billing, e-billing, client finance and reporting functions, ensuring efficient, compliant and client-focused operations across the revenue lifecycle.

You will lead a diverse, global team, partnering with the CFO and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance, governance and client service.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global billing or revenue operations in a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to drive revenue optimisation and transformational initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership of dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global Revenue Lifecycle Management process and programme.
• Drive standardisation and optimisation of end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes.
• Partner with CFO and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Lead global billing and e-billing functions and ensure service excellence.
• Develop robust revenue controls and performance metrics.
