Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and client-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-billing platforms and UK legal billing guidelines.
• Background in finance, accounting, or legal administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex billing arrangements including hybrid and capped fees.
• Master e-billing platforms and ensure timely submissions.
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing queries.
• Coordinate pre-bill reviews with partners and finance.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, client guidelines, and reporting packs.
