Job summary

The Maples Group is seeking a skilled E-Billing Analyst to manage end-to-end electronic billing within a leading global law firm. You will ensure timely submissions, handle rejections, and liaise with fee earners and billing teams to maintain accuracy and timely revenue collection.

With exposure to platforms like Legal Tracker, Tymetrix/CounselLink, and LEDES formats, you will support cross-border billing across time zones and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic professional services

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in an e-billing, legal billing, or revenue-related role
Familiarity with LEDES billing formats (LEDES 1998B/2000) and UTBMS codes
Experience with major e-billing platforms and law-firm finance teams
Ability to manage high volumes of bills and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Manage submission of electronic bills via client e-billing platforms
Monitor bill status, identify rejections, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions
Liaise with fee-earning teams to obtain accurate billing data and ensure client requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client-specific e-billing rules and LEDES format requirements
Support cash collection targets and reduce aged work in progress
Collaborate with Finance and Revenue teams to meet SLAs
Identify opportunities to improve e-billing processes and drive automation
