Job summary

Naked Nutrition is seeking an experienced International E‑Commerce Manager/Director to own and grow the UK and EU business and drive expansion into new markets. You will manage the international P&L, set country strategies, budgets, and oversee compliance, localization, and cross-border operations.

You will work closely with the CMO and founder to turn strategy into measurable results, building scalable routes to growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading international e-commerce initiatives.
• Experienced with full P&L ownership across geographies.
• Proven track record on EU Amazon marketplaces.
• Successful launches of new geographic markets.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
• Demonstrated growth of UK/EU e-commerce businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own international P&L and set revenue, profitability, budgets and forecasts.
• Develop country strategies and allocate budgets by market.
• Drive expansion into new markets including regulatory and localization.
• Manage acquisition strategy across DTC and Amazon with agencies.
• Ensure localization, compliance and efficient cross-border operations.
• Lead performance analysis and provide actionable reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with CMO and founder to turn strategy into results.
