Job summary

Naked Nutrition is seeking an International E-Commerce Manager/Director to own growth across the UK and EU and drive expansion into new markets. You will report to the CMO and founder, with autonomy to turn strategy into measurable results across DTC and marketplace channels.

In this role you will own international P&L, set country strategies and budgets, oversee localization, regulatory compliance, and partner management to accelerate profitable growth in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce leadership and revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record launching new geographic markets.
• Experience with EU Amazon marketplaces and cross-border operations.

Responsibilities

• Own international P&L and country growth plans.
• Define budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation by market.
• Lead localization, compliance, and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with CMO and founder to translate strategy into results.
• Manage external agencies and local partners where applicable.
