Job summary

Naked Nutrition is seeking an experienced International E-Commerce Manager/Director to own and grow the UK and EU business and lead expansion into new markets. You’ll work closely with the CMO and founder, setting country strategies and solving regulatory and operational challenges to drive measurable results.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce, full P&L ownership, and expansion experience in the UK/EU, with a strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce
• Full P&L ownership with revenue and profitability responsibility
• Experience with EU Amazon marketplaces
• Proven experience launching new geographic markets
• Experience in supplement, nutrition, health, or wellness brands
• Strong commercial judgment to build market-level strategies and budgets
• Exceptional problem-solving across regulatory, operational, and commercial challenges
• Experience growing e-commerce in UK and EU
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasting and performance across UK and EU
• Develop country-specific growth strategies for established markets
• Evaluate and launch new markets with market sizing, financial modeling, channel strategy, localization and launch planning
• Set acquisition strategy and budgets by market across DTC and Amazon
• Ensure localization and compliance of products, websites and marketing
• Manage local agencies, consultants, distributors and partners
• Analyze market data, identify underlying issues and report actionable insights to leadership
