Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Prior sales experience through channel and partner programs.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Align with Distributor leadership across the distributor organization.
• Develop trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors.
• Understand distributors' capabilities and 3–5 year plans and align to Rockwell priorities.
• Influence distributors to invest in Rockwell brand for long-term growth.
• Execute market access initiatives with distributor leadership globally.
• Ensure distributor invests in market-making capabilities and meets program targets.
• Advocate for the distributor within Rockwell and Rockwell to the distributor.
• Develop succession plans and nurture future leaders with Rockwell task forces and councils.
• Develop competency plans to strengthen distributor technical and commercial capabilities.
