Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a GEC Engineering Manager to drive strategic transformation of the engineering function within the Digital Buildings systems & project business. The role aims to improve margins by fostering collaboration between countries and the Global Engineering Centre for BMS based in India.

The successful candidate will manage multi-cultural teams, lead change initiatives, and provide support to unlock growth opportunities, with a focus on offshore hardware, software and graphics

• Create an action plan for offshore hardware, software and graphics engineering growth from Country to GEC.
• Engage country leadership to onboard GEC delivery in identified projects.
• Provide costings and savings plans for GEC-delivered projects.
