Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Services, Digital Solutions, Operations or Transformation.
• Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and project management track record.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the CSH readiness and transformation roadmap for Foresight across Buildings, Power and Energy.
• Define governance, processes, roles and RACI across local and global levels.
• Own cost-to-serve improvements and KPI-driven performance reviews in the run phase.
• Collaborate with Global and local CSH teams to ensure successful local execution and adoption.
