Schneider Electric UK is seeking a global standards architect to drive end-to-end technical alignment across regions, translating customer requirements into scalable, compliant solutions.

You will define global templates, oversee onboarding for regional team leads, and manage commissioning and documentation requirements, while guiding cross-functional groups to achieve consistent, best-practice outcomes in tendering and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee technical alignment with customer specifications globally.
• Define global standards for the customer (templates, quality expectations).
• Prepare onboarding plans for Regional TLs.
• Establish requirements for commissioning, site activities, and documentation.
• Manage clarification, deviation, and exception files.
• Intervene in major customer issues and coordinate resolution.
• Audit and monitor consistency of deliverables across regions.
• Act as reference point for best practices and lessons learned.
• Assess impact of recommendations on other regions.
• Coordinate consistent message to consultants.
• Assess technical skills of Regional TLs and provide feedback.
