Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a team of Senior and Project Engineers delivering core business technology projects. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery in scope, budget, schedule, quality, and customer requirements, while guiding resource planning and technical governance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with SAP/SAP data, BOMs and engineering releases, and collaboration across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Product

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation desirable.
• Project Management qualification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the Project Engineering team.
• Ensure successful delivery of engineering work packages across the project portfolio, meeting scope, budget, schedule, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Develop resource strategies and capacity plans to meet current and future project demands.
• Monitor engineering performance, utilisation, and delivery KPIs, taking corrective actions where required.
• Lead engineering design review processes (PDR, CDR, technical reviews) and ensure actions are managed.
