Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Leadership experience creating and maintaining processes to design, develop and manufacture Electrical systems, components, and technologies.
- Electrical system development experience in on or off-highway equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team with Managers based in multiple locations.
- Oversee NPIs, CPI projects, product maintenance and obsolescence management for Electrical Systems.
- Translate technology plans into executable electrical architecture and component plans.
- Ensure projects comply with policies and deliverables while maintaining quality and cost targets.
