Job summary

Beeby Anderson Recruitment seeks a Design Manager to support delivery of complex, high-value projects across Europe. You will work with a Senior Design Manager and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design processes and stakeholder engagement from early design stages.

This role offers leadership development, exposure to major international projects and clear progression within a leading international consultancy. Career Chartership support is provided as you grow.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, PM or related field.
Experience in Design Management or design coordination.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Design Managers in coordinating multidisciplinary design projects.
Collaborate with engineering, architectural and specialist design teams.
Coordinate design activities to meet programme and deliverables.
Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
Support management of design programmes and technical coordination.
Identify and resolve design-related challenges throughout the lifecycle.
Contribute to successful commercial and technical delivery of projects.
Take on increasing responsibility as experience grows.
