Job summary

ibse, a leading international multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, seeks a Design Manager to support the delivery of complex, high-value projects across Europe. You will work with Senior Design Managers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design activities from early design stages and ensure alignment with programme milestones.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in Design Management, Project Management or design coordination within the construction industry.
• Understanding of the design process, particularly during the early stages of construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and project stakeholders. Exposure to complex, fast-paced or technically challenging projects.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within collaborative project teams.
• A proactive approach and an ambition to develop into a senior design management position.
