Job summary

AECOM in London is seeking a Design Management Manager to lead the Design Management Team and oversee sub-consultants on UK and international projects.

You’ll shape design programmes, manage budgets and change, mentor junior staff and ensure outputs meet contractual obligations. The role combines leadership, business planning and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic, global infrastructure consultancy.

• Ability to develop and implement design management tools and procedures.
• Commercial awareness of projects and budgets.
