Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an AVP - Global Delivery Manager to lead delivery excellence across strategic client engagements in BFSI, aligning transformation programs with business goals and measurable outcomes.

You will lead globally distributed teams across multiple delivery locations, drive transformation initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.

Qualifications

15+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs.
Strong BFSI experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management.
Global delivery organizations and complex transformation programs.
Client-facing leadership with senior stakeholder engagement.
Experience forecasting, managing delivery financials, and commercial performance.
Experience with AI-first delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.
Drive delivery governance, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Lead global teams across multiple delivery locations to provide seamless client experience.
Promote adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and engineering best practices.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs.
Partner with Account Managers to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Manage portfolio financial performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, and forecasting.
Coach and mentor delivery leaders and future talent.
