Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks an AVP – Global Delivery Manager to lead delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable growth across strategic client engagements. You will drive transformation initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, with strong BFSI experience including Wealth Management and Asset Management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology delivery programs.
• Strong Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) experience, preferably within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management.
• Proven experience managing global delivery organizations and complex transformation programs.
• Strong client-facing leadership with experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.
• Drive delivery governance, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Lead global teams across multiple delivery locations to provide seamless client experience.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and engineering best practices.
