Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable growth across client engagements. You will lead distributed teams, oversee transformation initiatives, and advise senior stakeholders in BFSI accounts with cloud/data/AI focus.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on experience guiding AI-enabled delivery and AI SDLC practices, across multiple locations within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs.
• Strong BFSI domain expertise (wealth management, private banking, asset management).
• Proven track record managing delivery organizations and large-scale transformations.
• Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Financial & commercial acumen, including forecasting and performance across engagements.
• Broader technical knowledge across Cloud, Data, Digital Transformation, AI and modern engineering.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted delivery and AI SDLC; hands-on AI deployment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across accounts, ensuring quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.
• Drive delivery governance, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Lead teams across multiple delivery locations to provide seamless client experience.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and engineering best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs and business leaders.
• Drive growth opportunities and manage portfolio financial performance.
• Coach and mentor delivery leaders and future talent.
