Job summary

EY is seeking a Supervising Associate within the DSO to focus on Data Risk Governance, Policy and Capability. You will help develop and govern a global data stewardship framework, embed policies, standards and guidance across EY, and partner with Risk Management, Data Office and Technology teams.

The role involves creating templates, change controls, learning experiences, and AI governance initiatives to strengthen control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in learning, education, data/technology, risk or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge and experience in data governance, DP&C and/or AI data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate policy into testable controls.
• Experience designing global risk/controls frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support development and governance of global data risk and stewardship policies, standards, and guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive policy adoption across EY.
• Create standards, templates, and change-control processes for governance models and reporting.
• Embed data governance capabilities into EY delivery processes and learning journeys.
