You will work across data quality, lineage and regulatory considerations, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions and tangible value for clients and EY.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in data governance and data management.
• Experience with DAMA–DMBOK2.
• Proven track record leading complex projects.
• Knowledge of governance operating models and core data governance principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage delivery while ensuring high client experience.
• Experience coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance engagements from assessment through design and implementation, aligning with client objectives and regulatory needs.
• Establish clear governance operating models with ownership and accountability for data.
• Lead governance work across domains like data quality and lineage to create business value.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines and resources.
• Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Leverage knowledge to generate insights that benefit clients and EY.
