Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a senior Data Governance professional to lead complex client engagements and shape governance strategies for major sectors. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design data policies, drive data quality, and ensure regulatory compliance within a flexible hybrid work model.

You will mentor consultants, contribute to thought leadership, and help win new business through strategic advisory and impactful delivery across PA’s Digital & Data practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks including the development and enforcement of policies for data quality, security and compliance.
• Proficiency in data cataloguing and metadata management with tools like Collibra, Atlan or Informatica.
• Knowledge of data lineage, stewardship and data quality management using relevant tools to support these responsibilities.
• Comfortable implementing governance controls on cloud platforms such as AWS to manage data access, privacy and compliance requirements.
• Professional certifications in Cloud and Data Governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex client engagements, providing expert advice in business transformation, technology strategy and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and shape innovative solutions to address client challenges, leveraging deep industry knowledge and consulting expertise.
• Guide, mentor and develop teams of consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery and professional growth of junior staff.
• Contribute to thought leadership through research, publications and presentations in your area of expertise.
• Drive business development activities, including proposal writing, pitching and managing client accounts.
