Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data science, economics, finance, or related field.
• Strong data governance knowledge and familiarity with European data regulations.
• Experience implementing firmwide policies and standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management across large teams.
• Foundational AI/GenAI literacy for identifying automation opportunities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; adapt to evolving environments.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Document requirements, frameworks, and practices to support data risk management.
• Coordinate regional inputs into governance forums and prepare materials.
• Investigate governance or policy breaches and track remediation.
• Partner with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal, and Technology.
• Support data protection governance activities and artifact tracking.
• Identify workflows and implement process improvements.
• Maintain workstream plans and track milestones.
• Handle data risk metrics, reporting, and remediation tracking.
• Prepare agendas and drive follow-up actions in governance meetings.
• Ensure EMEA regulatory considerations are reflected across programs.
• Oversee activities to support data risk management and lead meetings.
