Job summary

EY seeks a Supervising Associate within DSO to strengthen data risk governance, policy, and capability. You will embed data stewardship requirements across EY and collaborate with leaders across Risk, GCO, Data Office and Technology to govern policies, standards and guidance.

You will support policy development for data stewardship, data risk management and analytics governance, ensuring alignment with EY’s Global Compliance Framework and evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge in data risk/governance and AI data governance.
• Global framework design across risk/controls/assurance; harmonisation experience.
• Strong grounding in data governance, policies, data risks and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern global data risk policies, standards and guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive policy adoption.
• Create policy positions for topics like data stewardship and data risk management.
• Maintain alignment with existing policies and guidance across EY.
• Create standards, templates and change control for governance frameworks.
