Willis Towers Watson is seeking a skilled insurance professional to join the Cyber & TMT team in London. You will manage relationships with large, complex clients and coordinate renewals, placements, and servicing to drive outcomes for multinational clients.

You will build partnerships with clients, insurers, and market stakeholders, prepare submissions, and identify opportunities for portfolio growth. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance broking, underwriting, account management, or a comparable client-facing insurance role, typically gained over four or more years.
• Experience working with insurers, underwriters, and clients across the London or international insurance markets.
• All-Inclusive organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Commercial awareness and an enthusiasm for supporting portfolio growth and business development initiatives.
• A strong professional network and confidence engaging with clients, insurers, and market partners.
• Spanish language capability would be highly advantageous given our international client base and collaboration across Latin America; other language skills are also welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships across a portfolio of large and complex Cyber and Technology clients.
• Build strong partnerships with clients, insurers, underwriters, and key market stakeholders.
• Coordinate renewals, placements, and servicing activities to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality market submissions, presentations, and placement documentation.
• Identify opportunities to support client retention, portfolio growth, and new business development.
• Monitor market trends, cyber risk developments, and insurer appetite to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to the development of team capability and, over time, coach and support junior colleagues as part of your professional growth and progression.
