Job summary

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) seeks a Senior Strategy Consultant for Global Specialty in London. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, underwriting and technology to optimise underwriting performance and drive growth for specialty insurers and reinsurers.

You will deliver client engagements, translate insights into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with leadership to enhance client outcomes across the London Market and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or insurance advisory.
• Strong understanding of specialty insurance and London Market dynamics.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver structured recommendations.
• Experience engaging senior client audiences and presenting findings.
• Commercial acumen with growth and transformation focus.
• Interest in analytics, technology and digital transformation in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted client relationships across underwriting, strategy, and leadership teams.
• Deliver engagements addressing strategic, commercial, and operational challenges.
• Translate insights into practical, measurable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions to define roadmaps.
• Support senior leaders in expanding WTW's consulting footprint.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues on project delivery.
