Willis Towers Watson in London is seeking an Account Executive for the POWER, UTILITIES, RENEWABLES practice. You will manage a portfolio of clients, deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions, and drive new business growth while maintaining high retention and satisfying internal stakeholders.

You will develop relationships with clients, work with the Broking Team on placements, and contribute to operational excellence through budgeting, forecasting and service delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance markets relevant to Power, Utilities and Renewables.
• Proven track record in client service and account management.
• Experience in business development and converting prospects into clients.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels, internal and external.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management—develop deep understanding of clients and deliver tailored risk solutions.
• Business Development—drive sales to win, retain, and grow profitable client relationships.
• Placement Management—work with market contacts to ensure optimal placement strategies.
• Operational Excellence—lead end-to-end client service and support budgeting/forecasting.
