Job summary

Willis Re (UK) Limited seeks a Global Head of Cyber Reinsurance to define and execute our cyber strategy, lead a high-calibre team, and strengthen client partnerships across global markets. You will shape the cyber reinsurance proposition, drive revenue growth, and maintain senior relationships with market participants.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber, specialty or reinsurance teams.
• Deep understanding of the global cyber insurance/reinsurance market.
• Proven ability to originate, develop and retain significant client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with evidence of delivering revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global/UK cyber reinsurance strategy in line with Willis Re growth.
• Lead and develop the cyber proposition and client engagements across geographies.
• Drive complex client mandates, renewals and senior-level negotiations with key stakeholders.
• Build Willis Re's profile with CEOs, CUOs, Heads of Cyber and Boards.
• Develop sophisticated cyber reinsurance placements, including structured solutions.
• Collaborate with analytics, modelling and broking teams to underpin recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for capital solutions and alternative risk transfer.
• Foster a high-performing cross-functional cyber team and talent development.
