Willis Towers Watson in Manchester/Leeds seeks a Facultative Reinsurance Client Servicing professional to manage international clients and coordinate end-to-end placement with London brokers and Mumbai team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, handling documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work across global offices, develop client relationships, and support processes with Power BI and Excel tools in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven client servicing experience in (re)insurance, preferably facultative reinsurance.
• Strong knowledge of the (re)insurance market and client requirements.
• Track record of delivering high-quality client service and building relationships.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with international, multi-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Power BI, PQ/RIC and broking systems is desirable.
• ACII qualification or progress towards ACII preferred.
• Compliant with FCA and WTW requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with international clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end placement with London brokers, clients, global offices and Mumbai team.
• Prepare and issue renewal, placement, policy and mid-term documentation promptly.
• Complete KYC, sanctions, third-party approvals and market security checks.
• Monitor service levels and KPIs, ensuring FCA and WTW compliance.
• Support new business requests and maintain placement files and systems.
• Act as a key point of contact for queries and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and governance within the BU.
