Job summary

Owen Daniels in Birmingham seeks an International Logistics & Customs Manager to lead the customs compliance framework and manage global logistics partners across the UK, Europe, Taiwan, USA, Canada and Australia. You will ensure accurate classification, valuation, and declarations while optimizing duties and export controls to support both D2C and B2B channels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in international customs operations and trade compliance.
• Experience with multi-market operations and cross-border logistics.
• Strong knowledge of HS/CN codes, duties, and origin rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the international customs compliance strategy across UK, Europe, and non-EU markets.
• Oversee customs brokers and ensure timely, compliant import/export declarations.
• Manage outbound UK distribution and international freight with cost-effective routing.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on risks, opportunities and operational adjustments.
• Drive OTIF performance and service levels with 3PL partners.
• Support supplier tendering, onboarding and performance management.
