Job summary

Mouser Electronics in High Wycombe is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process orders, quotes, and catalog information while upholding Mouser values. You will support cross-functional teams and help ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years in a customer service setting, excellent English communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work with multiple currencies on international orders. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with other systems are a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple currencies and international orders.

Responsibilities

• Generates new and repeat business through customer service initiatives.
• Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns with a strong focus on service excellence.
• Follows up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to resolve concerns.
• Provides information regarding availability of in-stock and out-of-stock items.
• Provides cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and promo items.
• Researches and expedites customer orders.
• Monitors delivery dates and product quality to meet requirements.
