Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication, with ability to interact across cultures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the order execution lifecycle post-placement.
• Process updates, holds, cancellations, and exceptions per procedures.
• Provide proactive order status updates and shipment information to customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
