Rochester Electronics, LLC in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Operations Representative to support the order lifecycle and deliver a high-quality customer service experience.

You will work with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Trade Compliance, Finance, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure accurate, timely order execution and proactive communication. A minimum of 1 year in a similar role and a high school diploma are preferred; MS Office skills are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar, fast-paced role.
• Experience in customer service, operations, order management, or related fields.
• Strong written and oral communication, with ability to interact across cultures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through the order execution lifecycle post-placement.
• Process updates, holds, cancellations, and exceptions per procedures.
• Provide proactive order status updates and shipment information to customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
