Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in an order fulfilment environment.
• Experience with order processing, freight coordination and invoicing in an international context.
• Knowledge of customs topics and incoterms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Independent, service-oriented approach with organizational skills and teamwork.
• Confident phone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• You work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• You maintain accurate customer data and system notes.
• You communicate with customers regarding orders, confirmations, delivery and invoicing.
• You accept customer purchase orders (including clarifications and additional information).
• You generate intercompany orders and monitor them.
• You confirm customer orders and provide updates.
• You liaise with the intercompany team (CCSS) on deliveries.
• You invoice customers and submit documentation as required.
• You monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution.
• You report quality issues and follow up on returns as applicable.
• You act as back-up to service coordination and rental coordination.
