Job summary

OMICRON Lab in Stafford, United Kingdom, is seeking a Regional Customer & Sales Support Operations professional to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders and to manage data, communications and invoicing with an international scope.

You will collaborate with sales and intercompany teams to process orders, monitor deliveries and renewals, and support software distribution. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in an order fulfilment environment.
• Experience with order processing, freight coordination and invoicing in an international context.
• Knowledge of customs topics and incoterms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Independent, service-oriented with organizational skills and teamwork.
• Confident phone manner and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution.
• Quality issue reporting and follow-up actions including processing return orders.
• Act as back-up to service coordination and rental coordination.

Your role

• You work closely with sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders


• You m aintain accurate customer data and system notes


• You communicate with customers regarding orders, confirmations, delivery and invoicing


• You accept customer purchase orders (including clarifications and additional information)


• You generate intercompany orders and monitor them


• You confirm customer orders and provide updates


• You liaise closely with intercompany team (CCSS) on deliveries


• You invoice customer and submit documentation as required


• You monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution


• Quality issue reporting and follow up actions as well as p rocess return orders (as applicable) are also amongst your tasks


• You act as back-up to service coordination and rental coordination
