Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in an order fulfilment environment.
• Experience with order processing, freight coordination and invoicing in an international context.
• Knowledge of customs topics and incoterms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Independent, service-oriented with organizational skills and teamwork.
• Confident phone manner and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer data and system notes.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, confirmations, delivery and invoicing.
• Accept customer purchase orders including clarifications and additional information.
• Generate intercompany orders and monitor them.
• Confirm customer orders and provide updates.
• Liaise with the intercompany team on deliveries.
• Invoice customers and submit required documentation.
• Monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution.
• Quality issue reporting and follow-up actions including processing return orders.
• Act as back-up to service coordination and rental coordination.
