Job summary

ALLSAINTS Retail Limited in London is seeking a confident Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term contract from 25 October 2026 to 31 January 2027. You will manage inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, delivering luxury, customer-first service while upholding brand values.

Based mainly remote with two days per month in Shoreditch, you will handle end-to-end resolutions, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a high-volume, high-quality customer experience during peak trading.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, ideally ecommerce.
• Confident, articulate phone manner and excellent written communication.
• Ability to handle a wide range of queries, from simple to complex.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed KPIs including productivity, quality, call handling and one-touch resolution.
• Deliver empathetic, accurate service over the phone and other channels.
• Own cases and resolve queries end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Maintain product, policy and system knowledge to ensure accurate interactions.
• Protect brand reputation by providing friendly, professional resolutions.
