Responsibilities

• To arrange flights, hotel accommodation and transport for crew prior to on-signing or following off-signing.
• To arrange training courses for clients or crew as required.
• To assist with visa applications and other immigration requirements.
• To arrange medical assistance for ill/injured crew and routine medicals as required.
• To arrange launch vessels / crew boats / helicopters for vessels that do not port call.
• Assist other offices with crew changes, as required.
• Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
