Job summary

North Star is seeking a proactive Crewing Coordinator to manage crew planning, workforce planning and seafarer logistics across our offshore fleet in the UK. You will coordinate crew mobilisation and ensure qualifications, certification and safety compliance to keep ships ready and operations running smoothly.

In this hands-on role you’ll collaborate with Fleet Managers and offshore personnel, support recruitment, onboarding and payroll administration, and help build a sustainable pipeline of

• Experience in crewing, workforce planning or personnel logistics.
• Experience in maritime, offshore, or logistics environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
