Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a finance department.
• Experience handling international payments desirable in events.
• Strong knowledge of finance systems, notably Salesforce and FinancialForce.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Debt-chasing on accounts receivable to ensure payments align with policy.
• Flexibility to work international hours to maximise debt collection.
• Maintain records in the finance system's credit and collections module.
• Respond to account queries promptly to minimise bad debts.
• Address internal and external queries in a timely manner.
• Travel to other offices and overseas events to collect debt.
