Job summary

The role involves handling international payments, using Salesforce and Financial Force, and extensive coordination with events teams across multiple offices. Proactive, customer-focused finance professional with strong Excel skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and debt collection.
• Proficient in finance systems (Salesforce, Financial Force).
• Strong Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Chase debts on accounts receivable ledger via calls, emails and letters to ensure payment prior to exhibition.
• Maintain accurate records in the Credit and Collections module for queries or potential legal action.
• Address and resolve account queries promptly to minimise bad debts.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding debts and payment status.
• Travel to other offices and overseas events to collect debt and liaise with stakeholders.
