Job summary

Verint seeks a Senior Director, Global Consulting & Enablement to define and scale the global Consulting and Enablement strategy across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. This leader will build a high-performing team of Application Consultants and drive value-driven customer engagement.

The role emphasizes executive-level relationships, adoption of value realization frameworks, and collaboration with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales to align offerings with market needs and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within consulting, professional services, or related customer-facing organizations.
• Proven experience building customer-centric consulting or enablement organizations focused on business outcomes.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and translate needs into scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Consulting and Enablement strategy across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global team of Application Consultants and consulting leaders.
• Establish and operationalize a value-led consulting methodology aligned to objectives and outcomes.
• Define and implement customer value frameworks, KPIs, and ROI metrics.
• Develop playbooks, models, and standardized methodologies for global consistency.
• Drive a consultative engagement motion positioning Verint as a strategic partner.
• Partner with Services Sales, PMO, and Customer Success to integrate value discussions into engagements.
• Establish enablement programs to enhance consultant capabilities and storytelling.
